During the National Day holiday, cadres and employees of the Oilfield Company stayed at their production posts, strictly managing duty rosters, workplace safety, and risk prevention to ensure continuous and stable crude oil production.
Over the seven-day holiday, the company produced a cumulative 23.24 million tons of crude oil, laying a solid foundation for achieving stable production of over ten million tons for twenty consecutive years.
Throughout the holiday period, the Oilfield Company implemented a 24-hour dedicated duty system and a leadership shift responsibility system, with supervising leaders and duty personnel at all levels remaining on post and fulfilling their responsibilities to advance crude oil production, safety management, and emergency response work.
The company held daily special video scheduling meetings to dynamically coordinate and resolve production and operational issues, and to refine and reinforce safety production responsibilities.
At the same time, it strengthened oversight of duty discipline through video connections and telephone spot checks to strictly investigate absenteeism and inadequate performance of duties. A total of 10 internal special supervision inspections were carried out during the holiday to ensure safe and stable production operations.
On the first day back to work, the Oilfield Company immediately convened its October and fourth-quarter work meeting to review the results of September and the third quarter, and to arrange key tasks for October and the fourth quarter. The meeting mobilized cadres and employees to translate the positive momentum of safe and stable operations during the holiday into strong motivation for sprinting toward the full-year targets, striving to achieve goals in stabilizing growth, improving quality and efficiency, ensuring safety, and promoting development, and resolutely building a strong energy security barrier through practical action and dedication.
