Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. (AMBP) shares surged 5.90% in pre-market trading on Thursday, following the release of the company's fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results.
The metal beverage can supplier reported quarterly adjusted earnings per share of $0.03, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter was $1.346 billion, surpassing expectations of $1.279 billion and representing a 13% year-over-year increase. Additionally, the company's adjusted EBITDA of $166 million exceeded the estimated $156.1 million.
The positive momentum was further fueled by management's outlook. The company provided first-quarter 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $160 million to $170 million and full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance in the range of $750 million to $775 million. Ardagh Metal Packaging also announced a quarterly interim dividend of $0.10 per ordinary share.
