Ruichang International Holdings Limited (RUICHANG INTL) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing no movements in either authorised or issued share capital.

• Authorised share capital held steady at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to approximately USD 0.05 million.

• Issued share capital remained unchanged at 500.00 million ordinary shares; the company continues to hold zero treasury shares.

• No share options were granted, exercised, cancelled or lapsed under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme during the month, leaving 0 outstanding options and maintaining a headroom of up to 50.00 million shares for future issuance.

• The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25 percent minimum public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

• No warrants, convertibles or other share-issuing arrangements were outstanding or executed, and no funds were raised during the month.

The disclosure was authorised by Chairman and CEO Lu Bo and submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 5 August 2026.
