PHANCY (06682) announced that, in accordance with the share option plan adopted on September 19, 2024, the company granted a total of 4.2 million share options to eligible individuals (grantees) on May 26, 2026 (the grant date). These options entitle the grantees to subscribe for the company's ordinary shares (H-shares) listed on the Stock Exchange at HKD 33.420 per H-share, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
