Yuanda China Shares Shift Worth HKD174 Million in Custody Transfers, Representing 16.90% of Holdings

Yuanda China (02789) witnessed a significant shift in its share custody positions on July 27, according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total market value of the transferred shares reached HKD 174 million, accounting for 16.90% of the company's total issued shares.

A shareholder of the company transferred 1.049 billion shares into Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), while simultaneously moving 1.049 billion shares out of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC).

The company previously released its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. During the period, the group achieved revenue of RMB 2.815 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 27.22%. The group recorded a profit for the year of RMB 353 million, reversing a loss from the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB 5.68 cents.
