Gallant Venture Ltd has confirmed a net profit of S$9.2 million for the year ended Dec 31 2025, marginally higher than the S$8.6 million reported in its February unaudited results, after its external auditors finalised several reclassifications and minor adjustments.

Revenue was virtually unchanged at S$215.0 million. Year-on-year comparisons were not disclosed in the latest filing, which focused on reconciling previously announced unaudited figures with the audited accounts. No dividend was proposed in the statement.

The final audit mainly affected expense classification. About S$0.8 million of costs were shifted from other operating expenses to cost of sales, while S$0.7 million of items were reallocated to general and administrative expenses. Contributions from associates were revised upward by S$0.6 million following updates from PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk and Regent Group Pte Ltd.

On the balance sheet, the carrying value of associates rose by S$13.2 million to S$301.5 million, reflecting the updated associate results. Contract liabilities were re-segmented, moving S$2.9 million from current to non-current, and certain prepaid asset purchases were reclassified from property, plant and equipment to trade and other receivables.

Gallant Venture did not provide forward-looking guidance or strategic commentary in the audit reconciliation notice.
