POLY PPT SER Reports Annual Profit Growth of 5.1% to 1.55 Billion Yuan

POLY PPT SER (06049) announced its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of 171.26 billion yuan, representing an increase of 4.8% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders reached 1.55 billion yuan, up 5.1% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share stood at 2.81 yuan, and the board proposed a final dividend of 1.401 yuan per share.

The group has deepened its presence in the large-scale property services sector, with market-oriented development serving as its core growth driver. During the year, newly secured third-party projects contributed approximately 2.93 billion yuan in annual contract value, maintaining the company's position among the industry's top players and effectively supporting steady performance growth.

Property management revenue for the year amounted to approximately 131.5 billion yuan, of which revenue from third-party projects reached about 58.6 billion yuan, an increase of roughly 17.5% year-on-year. The proportion of revenue from third-party projects rose to approximately 44.6%.

Adhering to its "Three Deepening" market expansion strategy, the group focused on 50 key cities, high-quality corporate clients, and core business segments. This approach optimized project density and business structure. In 2025, property management revenue from the 50 key cities accounted for about 80.0% of the total, with 27 of these cities each generating over 1 billion yuan in revenue.
