Food Empire (F03) lifts 1H2026 revenue by 15% and raises interim dividend

Food Empire (F03) reported that revenue for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026 (“1H2026”) rose 15.0% year on year to about 315.1 million Singapore dollars, setting a new half-year record for the group.

Operating profit climbed 10.2% to roughly 47.1 million Singapore dollars, while EBITDA improved 12.7% to approximately 58.8 million Singapore dollars. Net profit after tax rebounded to 35.3 million Singapore dollars from a 1.1 million Singapore-dollar loss in the prior-year period, which had included a one-off, non-cash fair-value loss on redeemable exchangeable notes. Excluding that item, underlying net profit grew 12.2%.

By geography, first-half revenue increased 24.6% in Russia, 33.6% in Central Asia, 5.5% in Europe, 4.4% in South Asia and 2.4% in South-East Asia, with Vietnam contributing more than 60% of the regional total.

The group generated 26.1 million Singapore dollars of operating cash flow and ended the period with 151.4 million Singapore dollars in cash and cash equivalents. Total assets stood at 573.9 million Singapore dollars, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 20.3%.

Food Empire declared an interim dividend of 4.0 Singapore cents per share, up from 3.0 Singapore cents a year earlier. Including share buybacks, cumulative shareholder returns for FY2021 to 1H2026 have reached 261.5 million Singapore dollars.

Ongoing capital projects include a new freeze-dried soluble coffee plant in Vietnam, which started construction in the fourth quarter of 2025, and a 60% capacity expansion at the group’s spray-dried soluble coffee facility in India.

The company reiterated its strategy of leveraging its vertically integrated production base—currently 10 facilities worldwide and an 11th slated for 2028—to support growth in branded consumer products across more than 60 countries.

Food Empire was recently included in the 2026 Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list and retained its place among the Top 100 Most Valuable Singaporean Brands.
