Horizon Robotics Sets 31 August 2026 Board Meeting to Approve 1H26 Results and Potential Interim Dividend

Horizon Robotics has scheduled a board meeting for Monday, 31 August 2026. Directors will review and approve the Group’s interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and determine whether to declare an interim dividend.
The company will host an earnings conference call on the same day at 7:30 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time. Participants must complete online registration in advance to obtain dial-in credentials and a personal access code.
The board currently comprises four executive directors, four non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors, with Chairman Dr. Kai Yu serving as executive director.
