Fujing Holdings keeps issued shares steady at 500.00 million in May 2026, confirms public-float compliance

Fujing Holdings Co., Limited disclosed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026 to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 June 2026, showing stable share capital metrics across the board.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equating to USD 100.00 million.

Issued share capital closed the month at 500.00 million ordinary shares, identical to the April figure. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share issues, cancellations, or repurchases during the month.

Fujing Holdings confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 May 2026.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 11 March 2024, 50.00 million options were outstanding; none were exercised, and no new shares were issued or funds raised in May. The filing states that the company has no outstanding warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuing agreements.

Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Yonggang certified that all applicable listing-rule and regulatory obligations were observed throughout the period.
