JD LOGISTICS announced its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2026. Revenue reached RMB 60.581 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 29%. Profit attributable to owners of the company amounted to RMB 880 million, marking a significant growth of 95.2% compared to the same period last year. The increase in total revenue was primarily driven by growth in revenue from integrated supply chain customers and other clients. In the first quarter of 2026, coinciding with JD.com's official launch of its online retail business Joybuy in Europe, JD LOGISTICS' proprietary express delivery brand, JoyExpress, commenced simultaneous operations in key European regions including the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and France. The company pioneered the introduction of its high-timeliness "211 Timed Delivery" service in these core European markets, replicating its domestic premium fulfillment standards overseas. Concurrently, JD LOGISTICS has established a diverse and comprehensive service portfolio, offering not only high-standard services like home delivery and returns but also specialized services such as integrated delivery and installation for large items and cold chain distribution. Through highly reliable fulfillment timelines and continuously enhanced operational capabilities, JD LOGISTICS is committed to delivering a superior and efficient logistics experience for European consumers. During the first quarter of 2026, JD LOGISTICS unveiled a self-developed upgraded version of its embodied intelligent device, the "Yilang" robotic arm, specifically designed for parcel grasping and cage stacking. This release represents a key iteration following the initial launch of "Yilang" last year. The "Yilang" robotic arm leverages JD LOGISTICS' Hyperbrain large model and multi-sensor fusion technology to achieve adaptive and precise grasping of complex product shapes. Furthermore, through extensive parallel reinforcement learning training in simulation environments, it plans optimal stacking sequences and loading layouts, thereby improving parcel sorting efficiency and vehicle space utilization. Currently, JD LOGISTICS' "Wolf" series of robots covers the entire logistics chain and has been deployed at scale globally. In March 2026, JD Airlines' 13th owned freighter officially entered service, further strengthening its fleet capabilities. Throughout the first quarter of 2026, JD Airlines successively launched multiple international cargo routes, including "Wuhan, China - Bangkok, Thailand," "Chongqing, China - Dhaka, Bangladesh," and "Chengdu, China - Delhi, India." The quarter also witnessed the international maiden flight of its first A330 wide-body freighter. In recent years, by continuously expanding its fleet and optimizing its global route network, JD Airlines has established an efficient, multi-dimensional air cargo network. This robust infrastructure effectively supports the high-performance fulfillment of time-sensitive express and cross-border businesses, providing stable, high-quality, one-stop logistics solutions for customers both domestically and internationally. Additionally, the company remains steadfast in its deep cultivation of the integrated supply chain as its core strategic focus. Through its nationwide and globally extended warehouse and distribution network, combined with profound industry insights, JD LOGISTICS provides customers with reliable and efficient integrated supply chain solutions. As of March 31, 2026, the company's warehousing network covers nearly all counties and districts across China, comprising over 1,600 warehouses operated by the company itself and more than 2,000 cloud warehouses managed by third-party owners on its Cloud Warehouse Ecosystem platform. The total managed area of the company's warehousing network exceeds 34 million square meters, including the managed area of cloud warehouses on the ecosystem platform.
