China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited (Mengniu Dairy) disclosed a fresh tranche of share buy-backs, taking the cumulative repurchases under its June 2025 mandate to 31.84 million shares.

• Latest transaction: On 16 April 2026 the company bought back 600,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$16.65 and HK$16.98, paying HK$10.09 million in aggregate. • Additional unsettled buy-backs: 326,000 shares were repurchased on 10 April and 300,000 on 14 April at volume-weighted average prices of HK$16.89 and HK$16.88, respectively. • Overall impact: The three sessions total 1.23 million shares, costing approximately HK$20.65 million and equivalent to 0.03 % of the 3.88 billion shares in issue. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation. • Mandate utilisation: Since the current authority was granted on 12 June 2025, Mengniu Dairy has bought back 31.84 million shares, representing 0.81 % of the share base at the mandate date. The remaining capacity is about 359.36 million shares. • Moratorium: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is barred from issuing new shares until 16 May 2026, 30 days after the latest buy-back.

The issued share capital stood unchanged at 3.88 billion shares as of 16 April 2026, pending formal cancellation of the repurchased shares.
