Metasurface Technologies Holdings Limited has scheduled its next board meeting for Monday, 31 August 2026. Directors will review and approve the Group’s interim financial results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026.

During the same session, the Board will also deliberate on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any, and address other routine corporate matters.

The meeting notice was issued by Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director CHUA Chwee Lee on 19 August 2026. As of that date, the Board comprises three executive directors, one non-executive director, and four independent non-executive directors.
