Kingsmen Creatives reports no new progress on Malaysian winding-up petition

Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. (5MZ) said on Jul, 31 2026 that there have been no material developments in the winding-up petition filed by Yap GRC against its Malaysian subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd., since the company’s previous update on Jun, 30 2026.

The Singapore-listed design and production group added that the petition, lodged in the High Court of Malaya in Shah Alam, Selangor, has not had a significant impact on the group’s financial position to date.

Kingsmen Creatives stated it will issue further announcements in line with Singapore Exchange regulations should there be any significant changes relating to the legal proceedings.
