Registered shareholders are invited to provide functional email addresses—either by scanning a personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by emailing chinakepei.ecom@computershare.com.hk—to receive electronic notifications when new documents are published.

Key implementation points: • Shareholders who supply a valid email address will receive prompt electronic alerts for each new corporate communication. • Investors who do not provide a functional email address must independently monitor the company and HKEX websites for updates; they will, however, continue to receive printed copies of any “Actionable Corporate Communications,” as defined by HKEX rules. • Shareholders preferring hard copies may request printed versions free of charge.
