On 30 June 2026, Zhongyu Energy Holdings Limited completed an on-market repurchase of 0.80 million ordinary shares at prices ranging from HKD 2.58 to HKD 2.62, for a total consideration of HKD 2.08 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HKD 2.60 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 2.70560 billion to 2.70481 billion, representing a 0.03% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 43.50 million, while the aggregate number of issued shares remained unchanged at 2.74831 billion.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 26 June 2026 authorising repurchases of up to 270.56 million shares. To date, 0.80 million shares, equivalent to 0.03% of the authorised limit, have been repurchased under this mandate. In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Zhongyu Energy is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 July 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase was duly authorised by the board, executed in compliance with all applicable regulations, and that all required funds have been settled.
