Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited announced a series of board and committee changes that will take effect after the company’s Annual General Meeting on Apr, 24 2026.

Theodore Tse-Hoang Low has been appointed an Independent Director and will join the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee.

Tang Kee Fei will cease to serve as an Independent Director on the same date and will step down from his positions as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Nomination and Risk Management Committees.

Following these moves, the board will consist of Prasert Bunsumpun (Non-Executive Chairman), Chalermchai Mahagitsiri (Executive Vice Chairman, Executive Director and CEO), Jean Paul Thevenin (Non-Executive Director), Paul Burger Whiley (Executive Director), Michel Lefebvre (Lead Independent Director), Tan Yew Chee William (Independent Director) and Theodore Tse-Hoang Low (Independent Director).

Committee leadership will also change, with Michel Lefebvre becoming Chairman of the Audit Committee, Tan Yew Chee William chairing the Remuneration Committee, Michel Lefebvre chairing the Nomination Committee, and Jean Paul Thevenin chairing the Risk Management Committee.
