REGO INTERACT Shareholder Transfers HK$239 Million Stake from Citibank to Guosen Securities (Hong Kong)

On April 28, a shareholder of REGO INTERACT (02422) transferred shares from Citibank to Guosen Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$239 million, representing 9.07% of the company's issued share capital.
Separately, REGO INTERACT announced its 2025 financial results. The company reported revenue of approximately RMB504 million, a significant increase of 105.8% year-on-year. However, the loss attributable to the company's owners for the year was RMB73.213 million, which widened by 92.9% compared to the previous year. The adjusted net loss was RMB52.463 million, showing an increase of 88%.
