Rego Interactive Announces Resignation of Joint Company Secretary Yang Chao; Yau Tsz Lun to Serve as Sole Company Secretary

Rego Interactive Co., Ltd disclosed that Joint Company Secretary Yang Chao has resigned effective 12 June 2026, citing other work commitments. Yang will continue as General Manager of the Compliance Department.

The company confirmed that Yang has no disagreements with the board or the company, and no additional matters require notification to shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

With Yang’s departure, the remaining Joint Company Secretary, Yau Tsz Lun, will assume the responsibilities of Sole Company Secretary.

The board expressed appreciation for Yang’s contributions during her tenure. As of the announcement date, the board consists of six executive directors—Chen Ping, Tian Huan, Zhang Yongli, Fan Lianshun, Xia Yuanbo and Chen Wei—and three independent non-executive directors—Mo Lan, Shen Yunjia and Zeng Liang.
