China Sandi Holdings Limited disclosed that Mr. Poon Wai Kong resigned from the role of Company Secretary, effective 20 August 2026. According to the board, Mr. Poon has no disagreements with directors and is unaware of any matters that should be brought to shareholders’ or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s attention.

Effective the same date, Ms. Wong Mei was appointed Company Secretary and designated as an alternate authorised representative to executive directors Mr. Guo Jiadi and Mr. Wang Chao under Rule 3.06(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Ms. Wong brings more than nine years of company secretarial and corporate-governance experience. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Marketing Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master of Science in Corporate Governance and Compliance from Hong Kong Baptist University. She is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK).

The board welcomed Ms. Wong’s appointment and expressed appreciation for Mr. Poon’s service during his tenure.
