ZO Future Group released a formal notification on 4 June 2026 confirming that the latest circular—as well as all accompanying corporate communications—is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.zogroup.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to review the web-based version, but may request printed copies at no cost. Those preferring hard copies must complete and sign the reply form included with the notification and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or submit the request by email to 2309-ecom@vistra.com.

Providing a functional email address remains the shareholder’s responsibility. Without a valid address on record, the company will distribute notices of publication and all actionable communications solely in paper form until an updated address is supplied.
