Dmall Inc. (HKEX: 02586) disclosed on 11 June 2026 that it repurchased 967,700 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day, paying an aggregate HKD 5.82 million. The trades were executed within a price range of HKD 5.89–6.12, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.01 per share.

Following the transaction, Dmall’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.11 % to 878.32 million, while treasury shares rose to 59.19 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 937.51 million as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buy-back formed part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 88.37 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 5.39 million shares, representing 0.61 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date, leaving significant capacity for further buybacks.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Dmall is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 11 July 2026. The company confirmed that all repurchases were executed in accordance with Main Board requirements and that no material changes have arisen from the previously published explanatory statement.
