BASiC Semiconductor: Zhihan Wang's Deemed Interest Increases, Long Position Rises to 42.95%

Zhihan Wang is deemed to have an increased long position in BASIC Semiconductor Co., Ltd. - H Shares (the "Company") on October 5, 2026. This follows the Company's on-exchange repurchase of 100,000 H shares at an average price of HKD 38.8713 per share, involving approximately HKD 3.89 million. The repurchased shares are held as treasury shares, and as a controlling shareholder with over one-third of voting rights, Wang is deemed to be interested in those shares.

Prior to the deemed increase, Wang's long position in the Company was 123.40 million shares, representing 42.92%; following the deemed increase, the holding changed to 123.50 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 42.95%.
