TradeGo Fintech Buys Back 2.00 Million Shares; Outstanding Float Trimmed by 0.28%

TradeGo Fintech Limited (TradeGo) disclosed on 06 August 2026 that it repurchased 2.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HKD 1.28 and HKD 1.36 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 1.33. The total consideration amounted to HKD 2.67 million.

Following the transaction, TradeGo’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 711.85 million to 709.85 million shares, cutting the free-float by 0.28%. The repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock, lifting the company’s treasury share balance to 40.15 million. The overall issued share count remains unchanged at 750.00 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises TradeGo to acquire up to 70.69 million shares. To date, a cumulative 3.94 million shares—representing 0.56% of the share base at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, TradeGo is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 05 September 2026.
