Gameone Holdings released its FY2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report covering operations in Hangzhou and Hong Kong for the 12 months ended 31 December 2025. The Board retains overall responsibility for ESG strategy, supported by a cross‐functional working group that reports at least semi-annually.
Environmental performance • Total greenhouse-gas emissions fell to 22.30 tonnes CO₂-e (2024: 26.40 tonnes), with intensity down 15 % to 0.50 tonne per employee, meeting the company’s target range of 80-120 % of the 2024 baseline. • Non-hazardous waste intensity slipped 4 % year-on-year, while energy-consumption intensity decreased 5 % and water-consumption intensity dropped 8 %. • Energy use comprised 10.00 MWh of purchased electricity and 11.00 MWh of diesel. Scope 1 emissions totalled 5.80 tonnes and Scope 2 emissions 18.70 tonnes. • The group continued phasing out fuel-powered vehicles, tightened office energy controls and maintained zero material environmental non-compliance cases.
Climate-risk management Gameone identified extreme weather, regulatory tightening and shifting market expectations as key risks. Mitigation measures include energy-efficiency projects, procurement of energy-saving equipment and scenario analysis aligned with TCFD recommendations. Targets call for a 15 % reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emission intensity from the 2024 baseline and renewable energy usage of 30 % by 2030.
Workforce and safety • Total headcount was 26 (19 in mainland China; 7 in Hong Kong), with women accounting for 58 %. Overall staff turnover was 4 %, and there were no work-related fatalities or lost-time injuries for the third consecutive year. • All employees received training; average hours reached 40.77 per person, totalling 1,020 hours. • The company confirmed full compliance with labour, occupational-health and equal-opportunity regulations, and reported no cases of child or forced labour.
Supply chain and product responsibility • The approved-supplier base stood at 33 entities (23 mainland, 10 Hong Kong). A refreshed “Code of Conduct for Contractors/Suppliers” embeds environmental, labour and integrity requirements, while regular evaluations determine continued eligibility. • No product recalls, Consumer Council complaints or data-privacy breaches occurred. Gameone maintains 22 software-copyright and 23 trademark registrations to safeguard intellectual property.
Governance and anti-corruption Directors and staff completed anti-corruption training anchored on Hong Kong’s Prevention of Bribery Ordinance. The company reported no legal cases related to bribery, fraud, extortion or money laundering, and enhanced its whistle-blowing policy to protect confidential reporting.
Community investment Initiatives during the year included voluntary blood donations and pandemic-related support measures. Further community programmes are under evaluation to align with stakeholder needs.
