GUOFUHEE (02582) has announced that on March 6, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang GUOFUHEE Mingzhi Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., entered into a sales agreement with an independent third party, Hefei Zhongke Hecheng Green Energy Co., Ltd., for hydrogen production equipment related to a green fuel base demonstration project. This project involves 20,000 tons of green electricity-based hydrogen production for flexible ammonia synthesis. The total contract value exceeds RMB 55 million.

Under the sales agreement, GUOFUHEE Mingzhi will supply the customer with six sets of 1000 Nm³/hour alkaline electrolyzers and auxiliary equipment, including rectifier transformers, rectifier cabinets, and separation and purification systems.

The successful signing of this sales agreement for hydrogen production equipment in a flexible ammonia synthesis project not only demonstrates the company's capability to provide core equipment for various green fuel projects but also validates the feasibility and market value of its integrated "green electricity–green hydrogen–green hydrogen-ammonia fuel" solution. This marks a key milestone in the commercialization of the company's flexible ammonia synthesis equipment, signifying that its core technological approach has gained significant market recognition.

The board of directors believes that the sales agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder will have a positive impact on the Group's operational performance.
