GCL Tech Executes HK$67.78 Million Share Buyback, Adds 92.73 Million Shares to Treasury

GCL Technology Holdings Limited (GCL Tech) disclosed a repurchase of 92.73 million ordinary shares on 9 June 2026, all of which are being retained as treasury stock rather than cancelled.

The on-market transaction was executed at prices ranging from HK$0.72 to HK$0.75 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$0.73093 per share and an aggregate outlay of HK$67.78 million.

Following the buyback: • Issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 33.22 billion shares to 33.12 billion shares, a reduction of 0.28%. • Treasury share balance rose to 92.73 million shares. • Total issued shares (including treasury) remain at 33.22 billion.

The buyback utilised 0.28% of the 3.32 billion-share mandate authorised by shareholders on 29 May 2026. Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, GCL Tech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 9 July 2026.
