KORE US REIT held its annual general meeting on Apr, 16 2026, at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore. All resolutions on the agenda were approved by poll.
Unitholders adopted the Trustee’s Report, the Manager’s Statement and the audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, with 99.08% of votes cast in favour.
Messrs Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed as auditor until the next AGM, receiving 97.85% support.
The meeting endorsed the appointments of Mr Lawrence David Sperling and Mr Kenneth Tan Jhu Hwa as directors of the Manager, with 95.88% and 98.86% of votes for each resolution, respectively.
A general mandate authorising the Manager to issue new units and/or convertible instruments representing up to 50% of the REIT’s issued units (of which no more than 20% may be issued on a non-pro-rata basis) was approved with 58.87% support.
Unitholders also renewed the unit buy-back mandate, allowing the Manager to repurchase up to 10% of issued units, with 63.53% of votes in favour.
The AGM concluded at 12:00 p.m. after all business had been completed.
