NANHUA FUTURES (02691) has announced that Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned from her position as Company Secretary, effective March 27, 2026, due to changes in work assignments. Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed as a Co-Company Secretary to fill the vacancy resulting from Ms. Zhang's resignation. The appointment of Ms. Cong Lin as Co-Company Secretary is effective from March 27, 2026.

Furthermore, after considering the operational and management needs of the company, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Ma Yisheng as another Co-Company Secretary, effective from March 27, 2026. Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.05, Mr. Ma Yisheng has also been appointed to replace Dr. Xu Wencai as an Authorized Representative of the company, effective March 27, 2026.

Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned from her role as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents or notices under Section 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and Listing Rule 19A.13(2), effective March 27, 2026. Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed to replace Ms. Zhang Xiao as the company's agent in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents or notices, effective from the same date.
