ANJOY FOODS declares FY2025 final dividend of RMB1.44 (HKD1.65) per share, payment set for 2 July 2026

ANJOY FOODS GROUP CO., LTD. has approved a final ordinary dividend of RMB 1.44 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.1459, shareholders on the Hong Kong register will receive HKD 1.65 per share.

Key timetable • Ex-dividend date: 26 May 2026 • Last day to lodge transfers: 27 May 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 28 May – 2 June 2026 • Record date: 2 June 2026 • Payment date: 2 July 2026

Withholding tax summary • Non-resident individual shareholders: 10% standard rate; 20% applies if no tax treaty exists; lower treaty rates may be reclaimed. • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10%. • PRC resident individuals investing via Shanghai- or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20%. • PRC resident enterprises investing via Stock Connect: tax treatment mirrors individual investors.

Southbound Trading investors will receive the dividend in RMB. Domestic enterprise investors must self-report and settle any applicable taxes.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will serve as the share registrar during the book-closure period at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The board composition remains unchanged, comprising four executive, three non-executive and four independent non-executive directors.
