CIFI Holdings Supplements Details on Appointment of Independent Director Ding Zuyu

CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. issued additional information regarding the board changes announced on 29 June 2026.

The company confirmed that newly appointed Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Ding Zuyu: 1) satisfies all independence criteria set out in Listing Rule 3.13(1)–(8); 2) holds no financial or other interests in CIFI Holdings and is not connected with any core connected person of the group; 3) has no other circumstances that could affect his independence at the time of appointment.

Following this clarification, the board composition remains: five executive directors (Lin Zhong, Lin Wei, Zhou Changliang, Yang Xin, Li Yang), one non-executive director (Zeng Yang) and three independent non-executive directors (Tan Wee Seng, Lin Caiyi, Ding Zuyu).

The announcement was approved by Chairman Lin Zhong on 3 July 2026 in Hong Kong.
