CCOE Reports No Share Capital Changes for March 2026, Public Float Remains Compliant

Shanxi Changcheng Microlight Equipment Co., Limited (CCOE) filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 31 March 2026, showing stable share capital and continued compliance with listing rules.

The company’s authorised share structure was unchanged at 110.00 million H shares and 198.86 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 0.10. Total authorised share capital therefore stood at RMB 30.89 million.

Issued shares also remained steady. H shares in issue totalled 110.00 million, while domestic shares in issue were 198.86 million, with no treasury shares recorded for either class. CCOE confirmed that the applicable minimum public float requirement—25 percent of issued H shares—was satisfied as at month-end.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements to issue shares were outstanding or exercised during the month. The company likewise reported no movements in treasury shares and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

CCOE affirmed that all regulatory confirmations under Main Board Rule 13.25C were met. The return was authorised and submitted by Executive Director Song Zhenglai on 1 April 2026.
