METASPACEX (01796) has announced the termination of its share subscription agreement. In light of recent market conditions as of March 12, 2026, the company and the subscriber have entered into a termination agreement. Under this agreement, both parties have mutually decided to terminate the subscription agreement, effective from the date of the termination agreement. According to the termination terms, the subscription agreement will no longer have any further force or effect. All parties will be released and discharged from their future obligations and liabilities under the subscription agreement, except for any prior breaches of contract that occurred before termination and any rights and obligations that had already arisen prior to termination.
