Stamford Land Corporation Ltd said on May, 25 2026 that there have been no further material developments in the winding-up proceedings against its wholly owned subsidiary Stamford Property Services Pty Ltd, apart from the appointment of a liquidator disclosed on Apr, 15 2026.
The Singapore-listed group reiterated that it does not expect the proceedings to materially affect its operations or financial position because the subsidiary is dormant and holds no assets.
