DCWT Reports Stable Share Capital Structure for June 2026; Public Float Remains Above 25%

Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd. (DCWT) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming an unchanged share capital structure and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

The company’s registered share capital stood at 1.03 billion shares (par value: RMB 1 each), split between 340.02 million H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 689.09 million unlisted domestic shares. No changes were recorded in authorised/registered share capital or issued shares during June; H-share and domestic share counts remained flat at 340.02 million and 689.09 million, respectively. DCWT reported zero treasury shares.

DCWT affirmed that its H-share public float exceeded the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold as of 30 June 2026. No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised, and the company recorded no share repurchases, cancellations, or treasury share movements during the month.

The filing, signed by Company Secretary Tsui Sum Yi on 2 July 2026, underscores the company’s stable capital base and adherence to Hong Kong listing regulations.
