GRACEWINE Reports Stable Share Capital and Confirms Public Float Compliance for April 2026

Grace Wine Holdings Limited (GRACEWINE; HKEX: 08146) disclosed its Monthly Return for April 2026, showing no changes across authorised, issued or treasury share balances during the period.

• Authorised/registered share capital remained at HKD 8.00 million, representing 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each.

• Issued share capital was unchanged at 813.00 million ordinary shares; the company held no treasury shares at month-end.

• The Board confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement stipulated by GEM Rule 17.37B.

Share-based incentives also saw no activity. The approved 2018 share-option scheme recorded: – Outstanding options: 0 – New shares issued under options: 0 – Shares still available for future grant: 67.00 million

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued in April.
