Astec Industries' stock fell 5.44% during intraday trading on Wednesday, following the release of its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results.

The company reported a decline in adjusted earnings per share to $1.06, down from $1.22 in the same quarter last year. Net income attributable to controlling interest dropped 43.1% to $12.0 million, despite revenue increasing to $400.6 million. The Infrastructure Solutions segment saw a 10.1% decrease in net sales, reflecting challenging market conditions for mobile paving and forestry equipment.

Astec also provided guidance for full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA in the range of $170 million to $190 million. The earnings release triggered a volatility trading pause earlier in the session, indicating heightened investor reaction to the mixed financial performance.
