According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 15, Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd. increased its holding in CHINA LIFE (02628) by 25.461 million shares. The transaction was executed at approximately HK$29.7932 per share, amounting to a total consideration of about HK$759 million. Following this acquisition, Ping An Asset Management's latest shareholding stands at approximately 1.059 billion shares, representing a 14.23% stake in the company.
