The medical technology company reported quarterly revenue of $362.3 million, beating analyst estimates of $346.1 million and representing a 14.3% increase year-over-year. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.98, surpassing the consensus estimate of $0.90.
Furthermore, LivaNova raised its full-year 2026 guidance, now expecting constant-currency revenue growth of 7.0% to 8.0%, up from the previous range of 6.0% to 7.0%. The company also increased its adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $4.20-$4.30 from $4.15-$4.25. The positive results were accompanied by news of FDA premarket approval for its aura6000 System for treating obstructive sleep apnea and the publication of positive 12-month results from the OSPREY clinical trial.
