GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) announced that Ernst & Young will step down as the company's auditor upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting scheduled for June 29, 2026. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board proposes to appoint KPMG as the new auditor after Ernst & Young's retirement, subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting.
