To accelerate transition to electronic dissemination, FULU urges registered shareholders to submit a valid email address by scanning the personalised QR code printed on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai.

Shareholders may choose: • Option 1 – Website version only, with email alerts for all future corporate communications and electronic delivery of any actionable documents; • Option 2 – Provide an email address in writing for the same electronic service; • Option 3 – Receive printed English, Chinese or bilingual copies for one year, after which electronic delivery will resume unless new instructions are lodged.

If no functional email is supplied, FULU will post notification letters for web-published materials and continue to mail printed actionable communications until valid contact details are provided.
