CCTC Implements Full E-Delivery of Corporate Communications under HKEX Paperless Listing Regime

Jul 15

Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. (“CCTC”) has formally transitioned to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, according to a shareholder circular dated 15 July 2026.

The move aligns with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paper-free listing framework that took effect on 31 December 2023. Henceforth, English and Chinese versions of CCTC’s documents—including annual and interim reports, directors’ reports, auditors’ reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be published exclusively on the company’s website (www.cctc.cc) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be mailed automatically.

Shareholders who hold CCTC shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees must provide an email address to their respective intermediaries to receive electronic alerts when new documents are uploaded. Investors preferring hard-copy materials can request them by submitting the prescribed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or by emailing three-circle.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and print request.

Queries on the new arrangement can be directed to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours. The initiative is expected to streamline information delivery, enhance environmental sustainability and align CCTC’s disclosure practices with current regulatory standards.
