Han's CNC updates FY2025 final dividend to RMB 0.60 per share, payout set for 12 June 2026

Shenzhen Han's CNC Technology Co., Ltd. (Han's CNC) has released an updated cash-dividend schedule for the year ended 31 December 2025 after shareholder approval on 8 May 2026.

Han's CNC will distribute a final dividend of RMB 6 per 10 shares—equivalent to RMB 0.60 per share. H-shareholders will receive the dividend in Hong Kong dollars at a reference rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.142656, translating to HKD 6.8559 per 10 shares. The company noted that the actual settlement will adopt an exchange rate of HKD 1 to RMB 0.875154.

Key dates are as follows: • Ex-dividend date: 13 May 2026 • Deadline for transfer lodgment: 16:30 on 14 May 2026 • Book-closure period: 15 May 2026 to 18 May 2026 • Record date: 18 May 2026 • Payment date: 12 June 2026

Tax withholding arrangements remain unchanged. Non-resident enterprise shareholders are subject to a 10% enterprise income-tax withholding. Non-resident individual shareholders are also subject to a 10% withholding unless a lower treaty rate applies. Mainland individual investors accessing H shares via the Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect will face a 20% individual income-tax withholding, while Mainland enterprise investors using the same channels must self-declare and pay the applicable tax.
