BAIOO Family Interactive Limited announced that it bought back 1.24 million ordinary shares on 22 June 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HK$0.43 and HK$0.445, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$0.4386 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.55 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 2.86039 billion to 2.85914 billion shares. Treasury shares increased to 8.03 million, equivalent to approximately 0.28% of the total issued shares.
The latest buyback represents 0.0434% of BAIOO’s issued shares prior to the transaction. Since the approval of the current repurchase mandate on 27 June 2025, the company has repurchased 8.03 million shares, utilising 2.80% of the 286.72 million shares authorised under the mandate.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is barred from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 July 2026.
