Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. (06806) has announced that its subsidiary, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., will complete the settlement of principal and interest for a specific bond and proceed with its delisting.

The bond in question, known as "25 Shen D12" (bond code: 524482), was issued by Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. on October 23, 2025, as part of its 2025 Short-Term Corporate Bond (Phase I) (Series 2) offering to professional investors.

The issuance had a total value of RMB 6.3 billion, featured a term of 231 days, and carried a coupon rate of 1.73%.

According to the announcement, the settlement date for this bond is scheduled for June 11, 2026, which will also be its delisting date from the market.
