Separately, State Grid Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company is recruiting 45 individuals for frontline technical roles.
The eligibility criteria for these utility positions specify that domestic candidates must be full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students graduating in 2026 under the national unified enrollment plan. Overseas students should generally obtain their graduation certificates between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. All hires must receive their highest degree diploma and certificate before onboarding, typically by August 2026, with overseas graduates also needing authentication from the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange. The intended employer listed by domestic graduates must be State Grid Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company.
