JD Health International Inc. disclosed that it repurchased a total of 8.34 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 15 May and 21 May 2026 under its existing buy-back mandate.

2. Daily breakdown of shares repurchased for cancellation (not yet cancelled) • 15 May 2026: 198,050 shares at HK$45.17 • 18 May 2026: 1,908,300 shares at HK$42.89 • 19 May 2026: 2,248,300 shares at HK$41.48 • 20 May 2026: 2,053,750 shares at HK$40.30 • 21 May 2026: 1,933,200 shares at HK$40.11 (HK$77.54 million paid).

3. Capital structure impact • Issued shares before and after the reporting period: 3,210.78 million. • The 8.34 million shares, once cancelled, will reduce the share count by approximately 0.26% relative to the mandate base.

4. Mandate utilisation • Authorised under the 20 June 2025 mandate: 320.01 million shares. • Shares repurchased to date: 8.34 million, representing 0.26% of the authorised limit. • A moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales applies until 20 June 2026.

The company confirmed all repurchases complied with Hong Kong listing regulations and that there have been no material changes to the explanatory statement filed on 25 April 2025.
