Asana, Inc. (ASAN) shares surged 5.21% in after-hours trading following the release of the company's fourth-quarter financial results.

The work management platform reported Q4 adjusted earnings per share of $0.08, beating analyst estimates of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter reached $205.57 million, exceeding expectations of $205.13 million and representing a 9% year-over-year increase. The company also posted strong beats in adjusted operating income ($18.2 million vs. $15.3 million estimate) and adjusted net income ($19.9 million vs. $17.3 million estimate).

Management highlighted rapid adoption of AI Studio and upcoming AI Teammates launch as key drivers, along with improved non-GAAP operating margin due to productivity and efficiency gains. The company also provided guidance for fiscal Q1 2027 revenue of $202.5-$204.5 million (vs. $204 million estimate) and fiscal 2027 revenue of $850-$858 million (vs. $857.3 million estimate), while expanding its share repurchase program by an additional $160 million.
