ANJOY FOODS: Share Capital Steady in May; Public Float Requirement Met

ANJOY FOODS GROUP CO., LTD. reported that during May 2026 its share structure remained unchanged across both Hong Kong-listed H shares and Shanghai-listed A shares.

• Authorised / registered capital held at RMB 333.29 million, comprising 39.99 million H shares and 293.29 million A shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were stable at 39.99 million H shares and 292.13 million A shares. The company continued to hold 1.16 million A shares as treasury stock; no shares were issued, repurchased or cancelled during the month.

• The Hong Kong-listed H share public float comfortably satisfied the Main Board’s 5% minimum requirement as of 31 May 2026.

• Under the 2023 Share Option Incentive Plan, 4,080 A-share options lapsed in May, leaving 3.15 million options outstanding. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred pursuant to the plan.

Overall, the May return confirms a steady capital base with full compliance on public float and limited movement limited to a small lapse of employee share options.
