AV Concept: Chairman Dr. So Yuk Kwan Resigns as CEO, Successor Mr. So Chi On Named Executive Director and Chief Executive

AV Concept Holdings Limited announced a leadership transition effective 1 April 2026. Chairman Dr. So Yuk Kwan has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, citing personal work arrangements. He remains Chairman and an Executive Director.

Mr. So Chi On, aged 48, has been appointed both Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, also effective 1 April 2026. Mr. So joined the Group in 1999, served as Executive Director from March 2001 to December 2017, and currently oversees the Group’s joint venture AVP Electronics Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has more than 26 years of corporate and financial management experience.

Key contract terms and shareholding: • Fixed three-year appointment, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election. • Monthly salary: HK$0.30 million, unchanged from his existing employment contract. • Equity stake: 1.20 million shares, representing approximately 0.13 % of issued share capital.

The Board now comprises four Executive Directors—Dr. So Yuk Kwan (Chairman), Mr. So Chi On, Mr. So Kevin Chi Heng and Mr. So Chi Sun Sunny—and three Independent Non-Executive Directors: Dr. Lui Ming Wah, Mr. Lai Yat Hung Edmund and Ms. Au-Yeung Kit Ping.
